Nozzles and Retaining Rings
Description
The KeepFlo line of brass distributor nozzles are engineered to fit the KeepFlo line of nozzle-style distributors. These nozzles provide the pressure drop necessary to evenly distribute the liquid and vapor components of two-phase refrigerant to evaporator coil. The size of the orifice required will depend on several factors, including the refrigerant being used, the evaporator temperature, liquid temperature of refrigerant entering expansion device, and the overall tonnage of the system. Nozzles are available in the standard configuration as well as the skirted “R” type for hot gas bypass applications, and each distributor is stamped with the nozzle and orifice size for easy identification. Retaining rings secure nozzles in place within the distributor.
