Control Devices, LLC Acquires Harrison Valve
Control Devices, LLC announced today that it acquired Harrison Valve™ of Santa Ana, CA. The transaction, which is Control Devices’ eighth add‐on acquisition, closed on December 8, 2017.
Harrison Valve™ is a global supplier of precision valve products serving a broad range of applications, industries and markets by continually engineering products that provide more innovative solutions for todays compressed gas applications.
